Amazing, fully equipped apartment with excellent view!

Amazing, fully equipped apartment with excellent view! Very nice owner, we didnt have any problems with getting the keys or leaving the backpacks a little bit longer after the check out time! We wished we could stayed longer than just one night :) Would definately come back there!

Lovely apartment on beach but needs some work

The view was the best thing! Rooms were comfortable and the AC was much appreciated.

We had to go out and buy salt, sugar and oil. You expect these things to be in the property already. There was also no hot water which wasn't good. We also had to message the lady to bring toilet paper and washing up liquid as there was a tiny bit of each left in the apartment.

modern, comfortable and well located appartment with a wonderful view

if you like the Miami beach style on the waterfront on the 39th floor with a beautiful view it is the perfect location. We enjoyed pretty much the view from the balcony, cleanliness and equipment of this apartment (one bedroom, one storage room for clothes, one living room with a sleeping couch, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dryer and access to the pool) The beach is right over the street and nice if you don't get bothered by sometimes penetrant "carpet" sellers and especially guys that want to sell the jet ski hiring while driving between bathing people including children.

pricing has to be marked clearer on booking.com and a total price shall pop up right in the beginning, especially for foreigners not being familiar with the local regulations. as it is an apartment we had to add on the 345,000 Pesos for two nights 60,000 final cleaning fee and 20,000 administrational fees for the condominio. still, the total price was correct for two adults and two kids for two nights, but should not be higher. the condominio requires to put a a plastic bracelet on during the whole stay to make it clear for the guard that you can enter into the building and to the pool area. This is not good as I do not want to show up in downtown as a "gringo" and indicate immediately where I stay. I consider it even as a dangerous requirement. the administrator stayed firm on it. we solved it buy taking it off with a small pair of scissors and put it back again before coming back to the building see beach ( sometimes penetrant "carpet" sellers and especially guys that want to sell the jet ski hiring while driving between bathing people including children.) opening hours of the pool could be somewhat longer in the evening in during the week (especially because the pool is so nice)

great location- recommend to others- great staff beautiful experience to conduct business and relax

the location was great the security is excellent access to local restaurants coffee shops

no hot water to take showers worked briefly then stopped--the curfew for guest at 10 its put a time restraint on you after a long day doing business you have dinner a drink and you may meet someone at a club or bar I think there should be some consideration for responsible people not all

Room was not ready. Bedding still damp on beds. Lack of communication with owner. Person cleaning room felt terrible and it wasn't her fault.

Great View.

The lady in charge of the apt was a sweetheart and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment has a beautiful view of the beach could see the old city from there.

The staff at the office. Very RUDE. Didnt want to hold luggage after check out to go have breakfast.

Best apartment!!!

Very nice apartment with a perfect view over the sea. The apartment have all you need. Near to the old centre /town of Cartagena. Near to restaurants stores and all you need. I will definitely choose this apartment again.

beach front property with a gorgeous ocean view in a standard tourist facility

the ocean view from the bedroom and throughout the property

were asked to pay cash for the entire stay without previous warning; the host did not speak a word of another language apart from Spanish which was fine with us but the guests should be told in advance especially as the owner communicated via what's up only

Direct sea view in walking distance to the old town.

Great location and view from the balcony. Good building with reception and security, and a nice pool with sea view. The apartment is well equipped with e.g. AC, washing machine, etc. Graciela, the host was very friendly and immediately provided me with new chairs for the balcony when I was not so happy with the existing furniture.

The fact that I had to pay cash - takes quite some time to withdraw so much money from the ATMs which have a very low limit. The furniture is a bit minimalist.
